Tigran Abrahamyan: Hard Actions Should Not Be Understood as a Prelude to Large-Scale Military Operations

The head of the analytical center "Hnchak" and former advisor on security issues to the President of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

"Regardless of how events unfold in the Tavush direction, the most important factor for our success, victory, and indeed regional stability and security is to ensure a hard response to Azerbaijani aggression. We should not believe that hard actions can lead to large-scale military operations. If Azerbaijan is planning large-scale actions, it will realize its intentions even under conditions of being 'soft' or 'restrained.'

This means that any aggression directed towards the borders of Armenia or Artsakh must be prevented in a timely manner by various means; if possible, at the very initial phase within Azerbaijani territory," Abrahamyan stated.
