Fourth Casualty Confirmed: They Are Gradually Admitting It, Artzrun Hovhannisyan

Former spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense and head of the Command and General Staff Faculty of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University, Artzrun Hovhannisyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Fourth casualty confirmed. They are gradually admitting it."

Recall that Azerbaijani soldiers attempted to breach the state border of Armenia in the Tavush direction on July 12. After a warning from the Armenian side, the Azerbaijani soldiers abandoned their "UAZ" vehicle and returned to their positions. Shortly thereafter, at 13:45, Azerbaijani armed forces attempted again to seize the Armenian armed forces' border position, using artillery fire, but were suppressed by the Armenian side and were forced back, suffering losses. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense reported that as a result of the incident on July 12 at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, two Azerbaijani soldiers were killed and five others were injured.
