Expert on Turkish-Kurdish conflicts Karen Hovhannisyan posted on his Facebook page: “The former Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan was taken from his home by unknown individuals in an unknown direction after he announced that the Azerbaijani side had suffered 12 casualties. I should also mention that during the night, the opposition in Azerbaijan is trying to consolidate its forces and bring about the overthrow of Aliyev's regime.”
