During an extraordinary session, Nayra Zohrabyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction, raised a question about whether the draft legislation on administrative offenses will be presented to the National Assembly at all, or if it will return after undergoing certain amendments. Specifically, she inquired if there would still be an increased amount for those fines.

It is worth noting that the 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly proposed amendments to the Administrative Offenses Code, aiming to tighten the fines for not wearing masks in open areas. The proposed fines were set to be 20,000 drams instead of the current 10,000 drams for violations in open areas, and for indoor locations, the fine was proposed to rise to 50,000 drams instead of 20,000 drams.

Later, the 'My Step' faction decided not to bring the draft law onto the agenda of the National Assembly.
