VIDEO: Ararat Mirzoyan Loses Composure as Reporter Asks If President Has Paid His Loans

"I am continuing to pay my loans and debts," stated the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a conversation with journalists on July 8. The question from a reporter regarding whether the Speaker has paid his loans seemed to unsettle him.

"What a trivial question that is!" exclaimed Mirzoyan. "You might as well ask about my water bill. You don’t remember well; I mentioned that I forgot to pay a parking fine, so… Just like many citizens, Ararat Mirzoyan, a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, pays his debts," he added.
