12 Days Passed: Rescuers Search for Missing Citizen

On July 8, at 10:10 AM, the special rescue team of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations resumed search operations for a missing citizen in the area adjacent to the "Arevik" recreation zone in Sevan city. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Recall that on June 26, at 1:04 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received information that around 6:00 AM on the same day, a citizen (Kolia P., born in 1971) had entered the lake in a boat for fishing near the "Arevik" recreation zone and had not returned. The underwater search operations conducted by the special rescue team from June 26 to July 7 have concluded without any results; the citizen has not been found.
