Operations of Several Gas Stations and Construction Material Shops Suspended for 24 Hours in Gegharkunik
Today, on July 7, the State Revenue Committee of Armenia conducted repeat inspections in the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan and at the Surmalu shopping center. During these repeat inspections, no significant violations were reported. All previously identified and recorded violations at the Surmalu shopping center have been rectified by the operators.
It should be noted that recently, due to violations of the anti-epidemic safety norms established by the commandant's office, the operations of 16 operators were suspended for 24 hours at the aforementioned shopping center.
The State Revenue Committee also implemented suspensions in the Gegharkunik province and the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan today. According to the commandant's decision, the operations of several gas stations, gas filling stations, and construction material shops in Gegharkunik province have been suspended for 24 hours. The basis for halting the activities of these operators was the absence of informational leaflets on mandatory mask wearing, dedicated closed bins for masks and gloves, thermometers, and thermometric record books. Additionally, the necessary markings were also absent at the gas filling stations.
The State Revenue Committee reminds that it continues to carry out ongoing monitoring in shopping centers, fairs, construction shops, and retail points for liquid fuels, compressed natural gas, or liquefied petroleum gas according to the commandant's N63 decision dated May 3.
