Mercedes Collides with Concrete Power Pole in Kotayk Region, Toppling It and Snapping High-Voltage Wires

A major traffic accident occurred in the Kotayk region on July 6. Around 10:15 PM, the driver of a Mercedes vehicle collided with a concrete power pole at the beginning of the village of Zovuni under still unknown circumstances.

According to Shamshyan.com, the impact caused the power pole to topple, and high-voltage wires were also snapped. Rescue teams have de-energized the vehicle and secured the area. Personnel from the first platoon of the third battalion of the second traffic police unit promptly arrived at the scene.

Materials are being prepared regarding the incident, and the police are working to identify the driver.
