Rescuers Spot Drowning Citizen and Pull Him from Water
On July 5th, at 18:16, the special rescue team of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Armenia, while returning from the scene, noticed a drowning citizen near the "Arevik" resort area in the Gegharkunik region.
The rescuers managed to pull Sevada Kh. (born in 1989) out of the water.
