If the processing of the application results in a rejection, it may be due to the citizen providing payment card details that belong to another person, if the payment card number is incorrect, or if the payment card is invalid. In any of these cases, the funds for monetary assistance cannot be transferred.

To benefit from the monetary assistance stipulated by the measures, it is necessary to submit a new electronic application through the website dimum.ssa.am, ensuring that only accurate information related to the applicant's card account is filled out.

It should be noted that it is not possible to enter corrected data in a second application until a notification about the rejection of the first application is received. Therefore, it is necessary to wait for the notification about the rejection of the first application.
