Emergency Situation in Metsamor Village: Tornado Rips Off Several Greenhouses and Throws Them About 200 Meters
On July 4, a strong wind and tornado have created an emergency situation in Metsamor village of Armavir Province. According to local residents reported by Shamshyan.com, the tornado lasted for a few minutes, resulting in several greenhouses being destroyed.
Some greenhouses had their massive iron columns ripped out by the tornado and thrown about 200 meters away. A photojournalist also reported that many agricultural products were damaged due to the collapse of the greenhouses, and the villagers, who had taken loans from banks to build their greenhouses, now face uncertainty about how to repay those loans.
