Body of 14-Year-Old Boy Who Drowned in Sarsang Reservoir Found

The body of a boy who drowned in the Sarsang Reservoir has been found. This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Artsakh. From July 3 to today, as a result of intensive search operations carried out by the rapid response special unit of the Artsakh Rescue Service, at 11:10 AM today, the body of 14-year-old D.S. from the village of V.Horatagh in the Martakert region was discovered in the Sarsang Reservoir.

The body was located 10 meters from the shore, at a depth of 3 meters, approximately 100 meters away from the area where another drowned boy's body was found.

Previously, it was reported that on July 3 at 9:20 PM, information was received from the Martakert regional division of the Rescue Service that two minors from the village of Verin Horatagh in the Martakert region, E.A., born in 2009, and D.S., born in 2006, had drowned in the Sarsang Reservoir. It should be noted that the 11 and 14-year-old children who drowned were from the village of Verin Horatagh, they had gone after cattle and did not return. Later, their relatives, who went out to search for them, discovered the body of the 11-year-old boy.
