Mitsubishi Truck Loaded with Coca-Cola Overturns after Colliding with Trees and Rocks in Aragatsotn

A major traffic accident occurred today in the Aragatsotn region. According to shamshyan.com, around 6:00 PM, 23-year-old Narek Manukyan lost control of the Mitsubishi Ganter he was driving in the winding roads of Orgovi village, veered off the traffic lane, collided with rocks and trees, and overturned.

Photographer Gagik Shamshyan, reporting from the scene, stated that, fortunately, there were no injuries as a result of the accident. Rapidly, traffic police from the second squadron of the 2nd battalion arrived at the scene. Investigations are underway regarding the incident.

A 39-year-old resident of Orgovi village, Vardges Kamalyan, approached the traffic police at the scene and confessed that he was at fault for the accident, as he had created a hazardous situation for the Mitsubishi driver with his own VAZ 211440 vehicle.

The Mitsubishi truck had been transporting Coca-Cola and is registered under the “Navasard 2019” LLC based in Ejmiadzin.
