Number of Home Treatments for New Coronavirus Reaches 1017 at Surb Grigor Lusavorich Hospital

The head of the outpatient department at Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center, Artak Jumayan, reports that from May 21 to June 29, 2020, the number of individuals receiving home treatment for the new coronavirus has reached 1017, including 78 children.

According to the Facebook page of Surb Grigor Lusavorich Hospital, 417 patients have recovered, of whom 43 are children. Currently, 565 adults and 35 children are undergoing treatment.

A total of 1350 tests have been conducted, with 1250 at the outpatient clinic and 100 at home. The clinic's special vehicle has made 270 home visits, which include testing and dynamic monitoring. Some patients have been brought to the clinic for re-examinations (X-ray and blood tests), after which it was decided to continue their treatment at home or to arrange hospitalization.

During the same period, 1350 contacts have been monitored, with 720 discharged from monitoring, while 630 continue to be monitored.
