Gagik Tsarukyan's Appeal Hearings Scheduled for Tomorrow
The examination of the appeals filed by the defense and the prosecution against the court's decision to deny the motion for the detention of Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia faction, will take place tomorrow.
"Considering the numerous calls from the media, I would like to inform you that the hearings on the appeals submitted by the defense and the prosecution regarding the court's decision to deny the motion for detention of Gagik Tsarukyan will take place at the Court of Appeals of Armenia tomorrow, July 2, 2020, at 12:00 PM," Gagik Tsarukyan's lawyer Yerem Sargsyan announced on Facebook.
It is noteworthy that on June 21, at 4:00 PM, the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Robert Papoyan, decided to reject the motion for the detention of the Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
