There Are Markings, There Are Rules, But No Adherence to the Rules. This Is the Entire Problem. Prime Minister
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has posted a photo on his Facebook page and made a statement.
“And this is the situation across Armenia: there are markings, there are rules, but there is no adherence to the rules. This is the entire problem,” he noted.
