Rescuers Retrieve Body from Reservoir in Irind Village

On June 28, at 20:42, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a citizen was drowning in the reservoir of Irind village. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

A rapid response team from the Aragatsotn regional rescue department, one firefighting unit, and a specialized rescue team from the Gegharkunik regional rescue department were dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers retrieved the body of Karen T. (born 1984) from the reservoir and handed it over to the ambulance personnel.
