Without Masks, Without Social Distancing, Right Next to Each Other: The Minister Releases a Video
Armenian Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Without masks, without social distancing, right next to each other... Words are unnecessary." He shared a video from a Facebook user showing numerous visitors at the St. John Church in the Lori region's Ghalthaghchi, where many are seen without masks and not adhering to social distancing guidelines.
