Unknown Individual Opens Fire on Citizen Entering Home in Vardenis

On June 28 at 00:05, we received a report that on June 27 at 23:50, a 1995-born individual named Torgom H. was admitted to the hospital with a gunshot wound. This information was confirmed in a conversation with the police. The incident occurred in Vardenis.

The arriving operational-investigative group determined that around 23:35 on June 27, an unknown assailant opened fire on Torgom H., who was ascending the stairs of entrance 1 of building 20A on Charents Street, causing gunshot injuries to various parts of his body.

According to Shamshyan.com, the police and investigators established that the victim, 25-year-old Torgom Harutyunyan, who resided on Charents Street in Vardenis, succumbed to his injuries at around 04:00 today without regaining consciousness.

According to G. Shamshyan's information, T. Harutyunyan was shot with an "AK" assault rifle while he was climbing the stairs to his home, and the assailant opened fire from an ambush on the first-floor stairs.

At the scene, 19 spent cartridges were found, along with bloodstains in the entrance and bullet marks on the walls.
