Stepantsminda-Lars Road Open Only for Cargo Transportation

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of June 28 at 08:00, the roads in the territory of Armenia are passable.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, due to the state of emergency, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open only for cargo transportation.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to restrict entry for foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to cargo transportation.
