No More Unsatisfactory Grading Threshold, Says Deputy Minister of Education
No more unsatisfactory grading thresholds will exist, and each grade on a 1-10 scale will reflect a student's progress recorded for that year. This was announced on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.
“This means that the issue of a student being forced to remain in the same grade and repeat the course will be eliminated,” said Deputy Minister of Education Zhanna Andreasyan. The draft of the state standard for general education has been posted on the E-draft.am platform.
