The Forces Attempting to Create an Artificial Agenda Cannot Disrupt Government Plans, Says Badasyan

The assertions that the amendments to the Constitution should only come into effect after changes to the constitutional law regarding the Constitutional Court are completely detached from reality. This was stated by the Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan on his Facebook page.
He specifically noted:
- “The political forces attempting to create an artificial agenda are incapable of disrupting the plans of the government in any way; these are futile attempts.”
- “Yesterday, one of the most ridiculous events in the political history of Armenia was recorded; it was decided that if they did not have enough votes, they could ‘slightly round up’ the number, which also indicates the level of that struggle.”
- “The constitutional amendments have come into effect, the powers of three judges of the Constitutional Court have ceased, as well as the powers of Hrayr Tovmasyan to serve as president.”
