Police Detain Sona Aghekyan

The head of the 'Alternative Municipality of Yerevan' initiative, Sona Aghekyan, was just detained by police near the Constitutional Court.

The reason was that Aghekyan arrived at the Constitutional Court without a mask. The police intended to draw up a protocol regarding an administrative violation against her, but Aghekyan did not have her identification card with her. The police took her to the police station.
