«Lusavor Hayastan» Is Now Openly Playing in the Power Arena: Arsen Babayan

The Luysavor Hayastan party is now openly playing in the power arena. This was reported by former Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly Arsen Babayan on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted, “Until yesterday, the only political force that was lying about the fact that the Constitutional Court had intentionally held Robert Kocharyan’s hearing urgently on a Monday was the current authorities, and since yesterday, ‘Lusavor Hayastan’ has also joined this lie openly.”

“I have had the opportunity to say this before and I will repeat now, that the case under discussion had been suspended due to sending it to the Venice Commission and the European Court of Human Rights. On Friday, the Constitutional Court officially received the latest conclusion from Venice. Our legislation requires that the proceedings of the suspended case be resumed immediately when the grounds for suspension have ceased. It is obvious that with the receipt of the Venice conclusion, the grounds for suspension have disappeared. The court could do nothing other than lift the suspension of the case on the next working day.”

“Therefore, knowing this primitive regulation, by the way, this was also mentioned by Constitutional Court judge Tokhyan, Lusavor Hayastan could not have expressed such an idea unless it was a puppet of the authorities.
