The arms procurement deals of Armenia are questioned by both Ilham Aliyev and Serge Sargsyan. It is noteworthy that Ilham Aliyev and Serge Sargsyan's son-in-law, Mikael Minasian, use identical false texts. It only needs to be clarified whether these texts are written by Ilham Aliyev for members of Serge Sargsyan's family or by the members of Serge Sargsyan's family for Ilham Aliyev.
