I Am Forced to Confirm: I Have Contracted Coronavirus - Aren Mkrtchyan

Member of the National Assembly from the 'My Step' faction, Aren Mkrtchyan, has announced on his Facebook page that he has contracted the coronavirus.

“Friends, since several media outlets are not adhering to any rules (including ethical ones and medical confidentiality) and have made numerous publications without my confirmation, I am forced to confirm: I have contracted the coronavirus. The course is somewhat severe. Unfortunately, my wife has also been infected. We are receiving the necessary treatment. Everything will be fine; we will overcome this as well.

By the way, Karina was awarded a diploma by the Ministry of Health a few days ago for her selfless service and responsible work in the fight against the new coronavirus disease and in the emergency situations of the healthcare system. Soon, we will both be back on our feet, just like many of our citizens! I am proud,” the MP wrote.
