Constitutional Amendments Take Effect: Pashinyan

The constitutional amendments have taken effect. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Facebook page.

"From this moment on, Hrayr Tovmasyan is no longer the president of the Constitutional Court, and Felix Toghyan, Grant Nazaryan, and Alvina Gyulumyan are no longer members or judges of the Constitutional Court. Three new judges of the Constitutional Court must be elected within two months. All state bodies of Armenia are required to acknowledge this reality and act accordingly," wrote the Prime Minister.
