In This Mixer, Forces Motivated by Money Will Disappear: Ararat Mirzoyan
During the discussion on the budget execution in the National Assembly, the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, also made a speech, noting that the discussions were conducted appropriately. He stated that he would refrain from expressing his thoughts if it weren't for the remarks made by the opposition.
“Some dry records are necessary, and the first point is regarding the social crisis. There is no social crisis in Armenia; rather, significant steps have been taken, the fruits of which are enjoyed by the citizens of Armenia. Of course, unforeseen difficulties arose due to the pandemic, which were brilliantly overcome,” he emphasized.
He suggested using a technical trick and said that if anyone wants to understand the social crisis situation, they should look at the picture of utility payments, especially regarding electricity.
“There is no economic crisis in Armenia; on the contrary, especially in 2019, the results of which can be summarized, Armenia chose an unprecedented path of development through the efforts of the government and parliament, and we should reap the fruits of that,” he stated.
“There is no political crisis in Armenia, no matter how much those occupying the office of the President, their family members, the various adventurers who have been given a chance by our government, and different forces try to imitate it. What exists in Armenia is a political landscape that, at this moment, reminds me of a large mixer, a construction site where new forces of political thought should emerge. In this mixer, the forces whose motivation was pseudo-political, whose motivation was corruption, money, and maintaining feudal leverage will disappear. In the near future, we will see what forces will be born there, and there will be honest political forces that carry the high values of Armenia's sovereignty, people's welfare, human rights, and freedom,” said Mirzoyan.
