Police Issue Statement Regarding Foreign Nationals

Due to the state of emergency, based on the order of the Prime Minister, the administrative liability under Article 201 of the RA Code for foreign nationals who have completed the legal grounds for residence (presence) in the Republic of Armenia will not be applied within the 20-day period following the end of the state of emergency.

This information has been reported by the Armenian police. During the state of emergency, foreign nationals who have completed the legal grounds for residence (presence) in Armenia are obliged to ensure their legal grounds for staying in the Republic of Armenia within the specified period or leave the Republic of Armenia.
