LHK Will Not Join the BHK Signature Collection Campaign

“Luysavor Hayastan” (Bright Armenia) will appeal to the Constitutional Court, but only after a decision is made regarding the case of the second president, Robert Kocharyan. This was stated by Edmon Marukyan, the head of the “Luysavor Hayastan” faction, during a conversation with reporters today, June 24.

When asked by journalists whether it could be inferred that they will not join the BHK's signature collection campaign, Marukyan replied, “Yes, you are correct in your assumption. We will appeal to the Constitutional Court after the examination of the second president's case, and there is no legal difference regarding the timing of our appeal.”
