BHK Sends Signatures and Grounds for Constitutional Court Appeal to 'Bright Armenia'

The deputies of the National Assembly's 'Prosperous Armenia' faction have initiated an application to the Constitutional Court of Armenia, using the powers and legal tools granted to them by the Constitution of Armenia. The application aims to assess the compliance of the amendments to the Constitution passed by the National Assembly regarding changes to the Constitution without the Constitutional Court's decision, against the provisions of Articles 4, 5, 6, 168, and 169 of the Constitution.

This was reported by Arman Abovyan, the secretary of the 'Prosperous Armenia' faction, on his Facebook page.

To support this initiative, the already collected signatures and grounds for the application have been sent to the 'Bright Armenia' faction of the National Assembly. He stated, 'We are ready for effective discussions with our partners.'
