Registration of Citizens Online Suspended by the Armenian Embassy in Russia

The Armenian Embassy in Russia has announced that, in light of the large number of citizens registered to return to Armenia (over 25,000 citizens), the online registration of citizens will be suspended as of June 22 this year.

"As we mentioned in the previous announcement, given the situation caused by the pandemic, it is unfortunately not realistic to ensure the return of all those wishing to return via non-chartered flights. In the near future, until the resumption of regular passenger transport, the embassy will continue to work on organizing non-chartered flights aimed at ensuring the return of registered citizens to their homeland.

Meanwhile, considering the significant number of citizens registered at the embassy who have declined flights, as well as attempts by some to not show up for confirmed flights, new measures are being developed in this regard. Information about the schedule of charter flights will be provided in due course," the embassy's statement said.
