In Armenia, 504 COVID-19 Patients in Severe Condition, 123 Critically Ill

In Armenia, a total of 627 individuals infected with COVID-19 are in severe and critical condition. This was announced by the Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan, during an online briefing following a meeting of the commandant's office.

“At this moment, we have 504 citizens in severe condition, 123 citizens in critical condition, and 44 citizens connected to artificial lung ventilation. This means a total of 627 citizens are in severe and critical condition, which is quite concerning,” Torosyan stated.

The minister urged the public to adopt behaviors such as wearing masks, avoiding group gatherings, and frequently washing hands as long-term practices, rather than just short-term measures to avoid penalties, and to be prepared to live this way until the challenge is completely overcome, not only in Armenia but across the world.
