According to 168.am, the individuals who supported the payment of the 2 billion dram bail for Robert Kocharian’s freedom include Samvel Karapetyan (Tashir Group), Sergey Hambardzumyan (Monarch), the Sistema Joint Stock Company (Robert Kocharian has been an independent director in this company’s council for 10 years, and the corporation is owned by the large Russian businessman Vladimir Yevtushenkov), and businessman and philanthropist Gennadiy Stepanyan (Russia).
