Our country's health minister has nothing else to do? Iveta Tonoyan criticizes doctored document release
The leader of the Prosperous Armenia party, Gagik Tsarukyan, will make a statement. This was announced today to reporters by Iveta Tonoyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Prosperous Armenia' faction. She noted that the case in question is not related to the 2017 elections, but rather to a criminal case from the 2012 elections.
“During a search at the home of Vazgen Poghossian, who was nominated from the district in 2012, some document was found. Vazgen Poghossian has not been a member of the Prosperous Armenia party since 2015. He was nominated in 2012 with a majoritarian candidacy. The search led to the discovery of some paper at his home, which bears neither a signature nor a seal. If it says at the top that it was done at the instruction of Tsarukyan, then should that serve as a basis for a search of Tsarukyan's house?” she stated.
Commenting on the active distribution of this 'document' by My Step members, Tonoyan said, “The health minister, instead of focusing on his duties early in the morning, begins to publish documents. It would be better if he engaged in his direct responsibilities and fought against the coronavirus instead of fighting against Tsarukyan, as they will be held accountable for all the deaths due to their incompetent political policies. I regret that our health minister is spreading a doctored document.”
