Passport Services and Traffic Police Registration-Inspection Units Will Not Serve Citizens
Passport services and traffic police registration-inspection units will not serve citizens. This was announced by the head of the Police Public Relations and Information Department, Ashot Aharonyan, on his Facebook page.
“Due to the state of emergency arising from the new coronavirus pandemic in the Republic of Armenia, starting from June 15, the Passport and Visa Department and its subordinate territorial units, as well as the registration-inspection units of the traffic police, will not operate. Information regarding the resumption of services for citizens will be provided later. We ask for the citizens' understanding. The purpose of these restrictions is solely to protect the health of our citizens,” the post stated.
