Video: This is a More Complete Version of the Spitak Incident, Says Pashinyan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page: "This is a more complete version of the Spitak incident. The police are wrong for not speaking to the citizen respectfully and in an official manner; they deserve a verbal warning regarding this. In all other aspects, they acted correctly and deserve commendation."
