Arsen Torosyan Declares His Assets

The Anti-Corruption Committee has published the asset declaration of Health Minister Arsen Torosyan for the year 2019.

According to the document, Torosyan has declared one individual residential house in the Nor Nork district of Yerevan. He has not declared any vehicles or securities.

At the beginning of the year, the minister had a deposit of $20,331 in one bank, while by the end of the year, he had a deposit of $32,000 in another bank. At the start of the year, Torosyan had 1,925,798 drams, $119, and €22,000 in his bank account, whereas by the end of the year, he reported 114,897 drams, $15, and €31,000. He has not declared any cash.

As for salary, the minister reported an income of 18,183,150 drams.

Torosyan's wife owns two vehicles, a BMW and a MERCEDES-BENZ, the latter of which was acquired in December 2019 for 13 million drams. She has declared a deposit of $30,549.

Torosyan's wife received an income of 19,763,417 drams from MIBS LLC as salary and 4,320,000 drams as rental income.
