VIDEO: "You're breaking that man's arm". Police try to restore order to a drunken citizen

A video has surfaced online showing police attempting to restore order to a drunken citizen who is hurling insults. The officers are seen forcibly detaining the man.

"The man is drunk, don't twist him... you're breaking that man's arm," citizens present at the scene can be heard telling the police.
