Paret's Decision Prohibits Operations of Two Kindergartens in Yerevan for Three Days

According to the decision of the Paret, the operations of two kindergartens in Yerevan have been prohibited for three days. The decision states:

“The Paret of the Republic of Armenia has signed a decision regarding the restrictions applied to preschool educational institutions. Guided by points 2, 6, and 7 of the decision No. 298-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia on declaring a state of emergency in Armenia dated March 16, 2020, and based on point 20 of the annex to this decision, as well as taking into account the protocols prepared on the basis of the instruction No. 60-A of the head of the education inspection body of the Republic of Armenia dated May 22, 2020, following the ongoing monitoring conducted on June 8, 2020:

  1. Prohibit the activities of the municipal kindergarten No. 67 in the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan for three days.
  2. Prohibit the activities of the municipal kindergarten No. 127 for three days.
  3. Ensure that Alexander Shagafyants, the head of the education inspection body of the Republic of Armenia, informs the aforementioned municipal organizations about this decision.
  4. The activities of the mentioned organizations are prohibited from the moment of notification.
  5. To Vahe Ghazaryan, the chief of the police of the Republic of Armenia, to ensure complete oversight of the implementation of the requirements stated in points 1 and 2.
  6. This decision enters into force from the moment of publication.”
