Hrayr Tovmasyan and Vahe Grigoryan Not Receiving Bonuses, Says Head of the Constitutional Court Staff

The salaries of the judges of the Constitutional Court are regulated by law, while their bonuses are primarily determined based on work experience. This was stated by the head of the Constitutional Court staff, Edgar Ghazaryan, in response to a question from a member of the National Assembly today.

Ghazaryan elaborated that bonuses are awarded by the directive of the president of the Constitutional Court. Regarding specific cases, he noted that the president of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, has refused to accept bonuses and has excluded the allocation of such funds in his directives.

Ghazaryan also mentioned that for several months now, Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan has also not been receiving bonuses. The head of the staff explained that this decision is related to the fact that Grigoryan is not participating in the sessions of the Constitutional Court.
