The New Head of the State Revenue Committee Has Been Announced

According to earlier reports, the head of the State Revenue Committee, Davit Ananyan, has resigned. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has already signed the decree appointing Ananyan's successor, 37-year-old Edward Hovhannisyan, who previously served as the deputy head of the committee.

As reported by Hraparak.am, Hovhannisyan is seen as a close associate of Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, and it appears that this appointment was made at Badasyan's recommendation.
