Six Sycamores Cut Down in Dsegh Forests: Environmental and Subsoil Inspection Body

Employees of the Environmental and Subsoil Inspection Body’s Lori Territorial Division discovered six illegally cut sycamore trees during a routine inspection on June 2 this year. The trees, with diameters of 12 cm (five trees) and 14 cm (one tree), were cut down by a resident of Dsegh community in Lori province, identified as G.A.

The damage caused to the plant world amounts to 57,000 Armenian Drams. The materials of the case have been forwarded to the Tumanyan Division of the Police of the Republic of Armenia in the Lori province.
