Six School Principals in Yerevan Issued Warnings, Says Minister

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, has announced on his Facebook page: "As a preliminary measure, warnings have been issued to the principals of six schools in Yerevan for failing to adequately observe safety regulations set by the task force during the graduation ceremony for 9th grade students on June 3, 2020. The following principals received disciplinary warnings:
- Gayane Mirzoyan, Principal of Monte Melkonyan High School #11
- Mariana Avagyan, Principal of High School #98
- Nune Manukyan, Principal of High School #194 named after Armen Hovhannisyan
- Lilit Hovhannisyan, Principal of High School #132 named after H. Isakian
- Natalya Stepanyan, Principal of High School #8 named after Pushkin
- Armine Kocharyan, Principal of High School #120
These warnings were issued in accordance with the directives of the Mayor of Yerevan.
