If You Know Where Fireworks Are Being Shot from, Please Inform Me at Any Hour of the Night: Mayor of Ejmiatsin

If you know where a particular fireworks display is coming from, please immediately inform me of the address or approximate location at any hour of the night. This was written today, June 4, by the Mayor of Ejmiatsin, Diana Gasparyan, on her Facebook page, addressing the recent night fireworks in the city.

She specifically noted: “Dear residents of Ejmiatsin. Recently, the sounds of fireworks have been heard almost every night in the city. I regularly discuss the issue with the Chief of Police, and for each case, a report is prepared; however, it is mainly unsuccessful to identify the offenders. To more effectively address the issue, we need your help. If the perpetrators of the fireworks are your neighbors or acquaintances, or if you simply know where a particular fireworks display is coming from, please inform me immediately, at any hour of the night, of the address or approximate location. The information will simply be sent to the police for further action, and the name of the informant will not be made public in any way.”
