Activities of Two Kindergartens Suspended
Today, based on decision No. 109 of the RA Prime Minister, the RA Education Inspection Body has temporarily suspended the activities of kindergartens No. 122 in Norq-Marash and No. 24 in Arabkir, Yerevan.
The reason for the suspension is earlier documented violations of anti-epidemic rules in these kindergartens. The suspension of kindergarten No. 122 in Norq-Marash is for one day, during which disinfection works will be carried out, relevant disinfectants will be procured, and violations related to children's bedding will be eliminated.
Meanwhile, kindergarten No. 24 in Arabkir has been suspended for seven days, where, in addition to non-compliance with anti-epidemic rules, the presence of a contact worker and a child has also been recorded.
Today, the RA Education Inspection Body continued inspections with intensified monitoring in kindergartens of the Ajapnyak administrative district. As a result of ongoing monitoring, it has been noted that children's attendance has sharply declined compared to previous days.
In one of the kindergartens, an insufficient state of compliance with sanitary-hygienic rules has been recorded. Instructions have been issued by the RA Education Inspection Body to eliminate the violations observed.
Simultaneously, at kindergarten No. 40 in the Ajapnyak administrative district, the RA Education Inspection Body has recorded that a student was recently confirmed to have a coronavirus infection. The group attended by the child has been closed, and staff members have not reported for work. Violations related to anti-epidemic rules and the maintenance of the registration book have also been noted here.
The RA Education Inspection Body is presenting the relevant information to the emergency committee.
