I Am Hopeful That We Will Succeed in Raising the Effectiveness of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict Resolution Process

Following the reappointment of Masis Mayilyan as the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan sent a congratulatory letter. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“I sincerely congratulate you on your reappointment as the Foreign Minister of Artsakh. I am confident that your rich experience and professionalism as a statesman will greatly contribute to the further development of the Republic of Artsakh and the enhancement of its international standing. I am hopeful that through ongoing dialogue with you, we will succeed in making the voice of the Artsakh people more audible on international platforms, increasing the involvement of the Artsakh authorities in the resolution process, and thus enhancing the effectiveness of the negotiation process concerning the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in favor of regional peace and stability. I wish you new achievements and successes in this new phase of your tenure in the important mission of representing Artsakh on the international stage,” the letter stated.
