23 People Die from Coronavirus in Turkey in One Day

On June 1, 23 people died from the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) in Turkey. This was announced by Turkey's Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca on his Twitter page, as reported by Ermenihaber.

He noted that 827 new cases of the virus were confirmed from 31,525 tests conducted in one day, along with 974 recoveries.

According to official data, a total of 128,947 people have recovered from the pandemic in Turkey so far, while 651 patients remain in intensive care units.

Thus, according to the latest data, Turkey has recorded a total of 164,769 infections and 4,563 deaths. The number of tests conducted has reached 2,070,719.
