The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on May 25 appointing Karen Boris Danielyan as the head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, relieving him of his duties as Deputy Head of the Office and Chief of the Legal and Legislative Department.
