Military Exercises with Live Fire Conducted in the Fifth Army Corps

On May 19, military exercises with live fire commenced involving one of the units under the Fifth Army Corps. During the first phase of the exercise, the unit was brought to a high state of combat readiness, and military equipment was deployed to predefined areas.

According to the Ministry of Defense's press service, the level of interaction among the subdivisions and their ability to operate quickly and accurately under conditions closely resembling combat situations were tested.
